Typically, Self-Service Audio Conferencing will fulfill most (perhaps all) of your audio conferencing needs. However, there may be times when you may simply require traditional operator-assisted conferencing services. When you do, we have call centers staffed with professionally-trained English, Spanish and French conference operators. Our operators will greet each participant as they join the call, records their names and any other information (as per your request).
We can provide operator assistance for either small-group conferences or large-scale events.
For small-group conferences, you provide us with a list of participants with telephone numbers. Our operators call and join the participants to the conference. Participants listen to music while on hold until all participants have been added to the conference and then all are put into conference at the same time.
Our technical infrastructure has the capacity to handle any sized conference event you might want to host.
For large-scale events with high importance, we offer professionally-trained conference operators who will stay on line for the duration of your meeting. The operators have complete control in order to ensure the provision of all the services needed and will monitor the quality and performance of the call to insure a high-quality successful event.

For large-scale events that need operator-assisted dial-out services, we can provide all of the same services as the toll-free dial-in event call service. In addition, our operators will dial-out to each participant and join them to the call. International dial-out fees apply for participants overseas.
